盛达金融大厦，位于农民巷，是商务写字楼，上面主要是公司，公航旅的也在这个楼上，一楼的大厅很大，有好几个电梯，分不同楼层，做不同的电梯，环境不错，一楼有前台，周围就是一些饭店，用餐什么很方便，离盘旋路也不太远
