老板相当好，头天免费升级套房，后几天特意安排三床家庭房，出门左拐就是北京路步行街，大佛古寺和南越宫遗址就在附近，很好！
More位置在天河城B区对面，旁边是北京路，挺好的。但从大门入口及到电梯、楼层来看，环境一般，设施较旧。房间门及门锁感觉不好，感觉很松脱不安全。房间内郭卫生环境还可以，但冲凉房的设施老旧，如花酒、水龙头差，地面退水也不太好，洗衣机内部很久没清洁，打开那个储物盖，里面杂物积了很多，只能自行清洁才敢使用。客服态度很好，会主动联系并主动升级房间。希望贵司能改善有关反馈。
