靠近路边小区，设施设备都很陈旧了，门口是广中路主干道，出行还是很方便的，边上有79，876，547，21，108等公交线路，四通八达，到市中心比较方便。边上缺点是没有菜场和购物超市，也没特别好的购物场所。
