Lucia allowed her staff to yell at me and then she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and heard her and her staff making rude, childlike comments about me as they accidentally picked up my call

This lady has been my insurance person for at least a couple of years now. I think she is wonderful. She has always treated me quite kindly. I think her kindness is quite sincere and beyond business.
