来铜锣湾必吃的一家楼上餐厅,是韩国人开了很久的大店。位置离希慎广场很近,隔一条街的位置。 午市套餐简洁明快,泡菜自家腌制的很地道。经过长时间的炖煮,牛肉和各种蔬菜大葱炖得软烂,肉质细腻如丝,汤汁浓郁,很是开胃。 餐后有咖啡或者红茶赠送,环境舒适宽敞,适合与好朋友慢慢地聊天….

香港韩国烤肉 伽倻 [薄荷]环境:餐厅有点像个哑铃,或者说像一个凹字型。几个卡座就在主动线一边。在那吃饭吧,就一直人来人往的。里面大厅桌子也是摆的密密麻麻。坐的不是很舒服。 [服务铃]服务:服务态度可以的。就是人手不够。 🥩 菜品: 🥢 「燒牛肋骨肉」⚠️ 要的是辣味的。牛肋骨的肉又干又柴。真的很难吃。很像那种热了再反热之后的肉质,都已经纤维化了。 🥢 「烤牛肋骨」腌的不错,肉质多汁,新鲜。 🥢 「新鲜泡菜」和一般的泡菜不一样,是那种新鲜刚刚腌的。味道好,而且很脆口 🥢 「炒粉絲」口感还行。不过要一个半小时出餐。基本上都已经吃飽了。 🥢 「石锅豆腐汤」正常 牛肉(Galbi)质地还不错。就那个烧牛肋骨太糟糕了。很普通的一餐,韩国烤肉要HK$500/人感觉性价比太低了。晚市还有很多套餐可选,差不多也400多一位。贵倒不是特别贵,就是出品对标价格来说性价比不高。其他香港的韩国烤肉同样价格可能更好。

Last year
First revisit after Covid and found that the food quality had deteriorated significantly while price had increased.  The side dishes were like trash with only two to three pieces of kim chi / vegetables in each saucer.   Had to ask several times before they would be refilled.  The portions of BBQ meat were also awfully small while charging almost $600 for a plate.  Had the impression that the restaurant was trying to cut cost while trying its best to rip off its customers.   There were also mainlanders smoking in the private rooms and the staff just chose to ignore them.  Overall the experience was very unpleasant.   Will not go back again.
