卫生：所到之处非常干净整洁，床单和房间、温泉区都很干净，看得出是用心维护。服务：表扬酒店的工作人员，主动帮忙送行李到房间，还带我去隔壁的特产店，送物品也非常及时。温泉区的工作人员也很热心，因为到的时间很晚，快要下班了，所以特别同意我先参观再补温泉票。很感谢！设施：房间的物品都质量上乘，非常周到，浴袍很不错，特别喜欢酒店的温泉区，日式氛围，泡起来很舒服，温泉水很滑。温泉区的洗浴间都有干湿分离，洗护用品非常全面，还考虑到客人的不同发质，准备了两套洗护。棉签都是两支一包装，非常用心。环境：位于美丽的松山湖畔，是休闲旅游，家庭亲子的上佳之选。HygieneThe entire place was exceptionally clean and tidy.
