五洲星苑是和开放式小区，不像常规小区进门有保安门禁，有利有弊吧，有利的是一楼大平层是开阔地段，老人小孩经常能在下面休息玩耍，不利的是安全方面和绿化方面，一共只有ABC三栋，估计也是楼栋数少的原因，所有小区建构比较特别吧
