Hunan Dahua Hotel is a public institution directly under the General Office of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Peoples Congress and a member unit of the National Provincial Peoples Congress System Hotel Alliance. It is jointly operated with the Hunan Provincial Peoples Congress Cadre Training Base.
