房间还行，酒店环境不错，位于南湖边上，卫生还行，设施一般，略有陈旧。入住后有几点与以前入住的朋友相同的感觉。1.酒店工作人员服务态度不是差，而是恶劣，你略微发点小牢骚，服务人员马上反唇相讥，有十句等着你！2.入住要收房费1.5倍的押金，不知为何，有点奇葩。3.早餐号称不错，但我们八点去吃饭，大部分菜品基本上是光盘了，直到用完餐也不见䃼充。因此给不出早餐不错的评价。4.订房前看到有客人评价，说酒店店大欺客，我还认为是个别现象，入住后的亲身经历方知所言不虚。酒店位置好，环境不错，服务真配不上，可能就是德不配位吧。
More该酒店坐拥岳阳南湖，乐享鸟语花香的环境，特别是四号临风楼，后院就是南湖步道，早晚散步很惬意。停车场就在楼旁，早餐可口实在。四号楼餐厅的鱼头汤做的很有特色！提一点，酒店有时还放不下官商的架子，比如房间的赠水就两瓶，再需则收费五元一瓶！其他方面都很好的！
More加了140元换了四号楼的湖景房，美中不足，房间有点小，窗户也很小。整个宾馆以前是政府接待的，很漂亮，就是一个小公园。毗邻南湖，四号楼旁边有大门可到湖边，比人潮拥挤的洞庭湖感觉好多了。
