Last but not least, she did half for me but didnt dare to click the end and feedback button on the PC becoz SHE KNEW THE ATTITUADE IS BAD . [抓狂][抓狂]To avoid the low mark from the customer which is not good for her, she missed the process deliberately . 第一次在杭州大厦遇到嘎副样子的sales真的是a.big shock 这家是雅诗兰黛专柜 A座进去一楼 这服务不是薅羊毛 是你们品牌给的 觉得影响你们做业绩可以向上反映 没有必要不服不满转嫁到客人 客人没有迟到，就算预约时长到结束点不足15分钟，不至于这个态度方式吧？！ 好为人师，张嘴就来：你要要换位思考一下！😓🤧🤮这种沟通都来了🧐 这总共十五分钟的事情，体验了解下产品罢了，也不求什么惊人体验，这种感受只能直接劝退了。 当个客人也要小心翼翼了，胆子小，害怕😨 😅😅😅🤣🤣🤣 🤪🤪🤨🤨Perhaps真的众所周知服务不好 所以小护理的余位很多吧？？？ [尴尬][尴尬][尴尬]心理阴影都要搞出来来了 [大哭][大哭][大哭] 难怪说银泰好银泰美妆厉害，事出有因。

预约了护理的体验，因为有事所以晚了点到柜。进店后跟店员说明了情况，店员直接说迟到了就不能体验，因为当下时段预约了别的顾客。虽然迟到了是我的问题，但是之前在别的柜台遇到类似情况柜员都是会尽量帮忙协调的。而且店员撒谎哦，最晚提前一天预约，而我是前一晚才预约的，体验当晚所有时段都没有人约诶🤥我在附近逛了逛别家店，三十分钟内也没有别的客人来体验喔🤥

预约了雅诗兰黛美容坊护理就忘记了。还好美容师海艳提前打电话提醒，起床就过来了。新的美容坊还是第一次来，比原来在杭州大厦宾馆楼上的美容坊装修环境好多了，而且lamer、Cpb、lp美容坊都集中在这里了，找起来也方便。 护理用得白金系列产品，海艳手法也很好，舒服得睡过去了[偷笑]
