More汗蒸的温度不建议过高，在40-45℃左右合适。如果高于45℃，由于温度过高，超过身体负荷，可能会对身体带来很多不利的影响，出现头疼、头晕、胸闷气短等症状。而如果温度较低，低于40℃，由于温度不够，可能达不到汗蒸的效果，因此汗蒸40-45℃较为合适。
