房间干净整洁，一尘不染。标准的五星级，外面是一个大花园，小桥流水，一幅江南的山水画，早餐丰富多彩，有三四十种，交通非常方便，尤其是前台，非常专业，热情大方，因为下雪，晚点，当他们知道我中午没有吃饭时，立刻给我煮了一碗热面条，送到房间，真的好暖心，总之，这是一个非常好的酒店，一个标准的五星级酒店，下次来我还会住他这儿，

应该是鹤壁原来最好的宾馆，标准五星，硬件稍老，软件服务各方面是OK的。位置很好，斜对面是鹤煤集团总部。大厅里一副煤画很有特色，值得看。
