给了全5星好评，但是有建议还是要提出来的，到店时窗户是开着的，关上窗户，空调开了半个小时温度都没上来。理解保洁打开窗户是为了放味儿，但冷也是切实的问题，希望以后用别的方式解决味道的9问题。
来上海跨年到首选地！精挑细选的酒店果然没有让我失望。酒店前台24小时有人在有需要都能及时满足。工作人员都非常热情推荐了附近北外滩跨年的地点。还帮忙升级了房间发了入住小提示。酒店大堂的装修风格很高级还有一个壁炉拍照也很出片，房间里的投屏很适合拍跨年倒计时！房间里打扫的很干净很适合拍照推荐大家入住。！！
酒店的位置十分优越。就在12号线提篮桥地铁站附近，步行几分钟就到，旁边就是来福士购物中心。购物、餐饮都非常方便。而且距离北外滩滨江步道也很近。步行就能去欣赏黄浦江的美景和璀璨的夜景。酒店的服务也无可挑剔。从办理入住时前台工作人员的热情接待。到入住期间工作人员的贴心服务。都让我感受到了宾至如归的感觉。有问题咨询时，他们总是迅速响应并帮忙解决。早餐也很丰盛。中西式美食都有，还有特色小吃，味道非常不错。非常推荐。服务非常好！
