民宿在老式小区里，门口有个小陡的坡，没有电梯，不过只用爬两层楼梯很快就到了，门口坐公交挺方便，房间很大，空调冷却速度稍微有点慢，房间卫生比较一般，墙上比较脏，天花板墙上有一大块不知道是漏水还是发霉的印记，卫生间淋浴喷头的固定器是松的，水往墙上淋的，不能好好固定，老板人很好，很热情，态度也很好，建议改善一下房间硬件设施。
