酒店前台态度差，办入住时候的就不说了，晚上回来点了个外卖，到了后二十分钟了还没送上来，我同伴就下去拿，问了一句为什么还没送上来，前台冷淡的说了一句在排队，但是之前打电话都不接，也没有提前说明。而且我在外卖到了后，在小程序上让送两瓶水上来一会儿就送上来了，外卖都还没上来，去拿问一句态度还那样，大晚上的找气受无语死了
