百善坊是横浜桥海伦西路上的老旧石库门弄堂，一侧为市区少见的水岸景观一端是四川北路，位置优越，海伦西路拓宽后百善坊推到重建为红色墻面的别墅建筑，濒临俞泾浦有水岸步道连接精武体育会，绿化美化一流，只是开发的百善坊开出了私家菜餐馆，从老照片对比可以看出环境是有极大的提升。
