上海静安洲际酒店翠庭中餐厅是位于酒店5层的粤菜餐厅，这家餐厅不仅环境优雅，美食也是可卷可点，8人波龙套餐有好几个实打实的硬菜，如: 招牌三葱爆鲜活龙虾，大葱、香葱和小洋葱三种爆炒，浓郁香气与海鲜鲜味交融，肉质爽弹，鲜味扑面；X.O酱鱼柱象蚌片，嫩滑的象蚌片、鲜甜瑶柱包裹着X.O酱，入口层次丰富，海味十足，是一口吃出“高级感”的功夫菜。店家提供的各类工作日套餐及海鲜宴请套餐，还是挺适合商务宴请与家庭聚餐的。

Ruined Our Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner - Terrible Service & Lame Excuses! I planned a lovely Mid-Autumn Festival surprise for my husband and son and chose Cuiting Chinese Restaurant in InterContinental Jing'An, expecting a nice family meal. What a stupid decision that was! The service was NON-EXISTENT from the start. No water, long waits after ordering. We then watched table after table (who came later than us) get their food while ours was empty. When we complained, the staff had the nerve to tell us that "other tables were served quickly because they ordered set menus, while we ordered à la carte, so it would be slow." What an absurd excuse! Are they admitting that the set menus are just pre-made, pre-packaged meals? And that à la carte dishes are an afterthought? Not a word about this was mentioned when I made the reservation. Using this as an excuse for terrible service is just pathetic and unprofessional. This level of neglect and then offering such a lame explanation is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel restaurant. It totally destroyed our festive mood. And just to be clear: the reason I'm writing this in English is to let you know that I will be escalating this matter directly to the InterContinental Hotels Group headquarters. I expect your management to take this seriously. Save your money and your special occasions. We will definitely not be back.

买的帝王蟹套餐，6个人吃得很舒服了。每道菜食材都很新鲜，烹饪得也很美味。服务员态度温和，很周到。不愧是五星酒店的中餐厅。
