作为来上海出差几乎会固定入住的酒店,本次的入住体验并不愉快。2月26日中午,由于出差事务繁忙,我在外卖单上备注了请前台转交机器人送餐入房。考虑到目前许多酒店对外卖食品送房有相关规定,我在与酒店工作人员沟通时主动提出,可以签署免责协议以配合酒店的管理要求。然而,酒店工作人员在电话中未作任何说明或沟通,仅表示默认,也未告知我需要等待的时间,便直接挂断电话。等待15分钟后,外卖仍未送达房间,我再次致电前台询问情况,并再次主动表示可以签署免责协议。客服人员表示会与礼宾部确认后回复我,但此后迟迟未有回应,导致我的时间被无故浪费。当我第三次致电前台时,前台直接将电话转接给礼宾部工作人员,而该工作人员却告知我食品不能送。在我第三次提出可以签署免责协议后,对方又将问题推给大堂经理,称协议正在准备中。我询问需要等待多久,对方仅给出含糊其辞的时间承诺。无奈之下,我最终选择自行下楼取外卖。此时发现,所谓正在推进的过程实际上毫无进展,酒店方并未采取任何实质性行动。问题总结:1. 沟通敷衍与信息不透明: 酒店工作人员在初次沟通中未明确告知规定或可能的问题,导致我产生误解并浪费了大量时间。后续沟通中,工作人员态度消极,反复推诿,始终未能提供明确的解决方案。2. 缺乏应对常见需求的预案: 在我多次主动提出签署免责协议的情况下,酒店方仍未能快速、有效地解决问题,甚至出现客服询问外送食品的理由这种荒诞情况,反映出酒店缺乏对常见需求的合理应对机制。3. 时间被无端浪费: 从等待送餐到反复沟通,整个过程耗费了我近30分钟时间,而我的合理诉求始终未被重视。4. 管理失职: 作为万豪旗下酒店,面对此类常见问题,理应有一套成熟的解决方案,而非让客人反复沟通、被动等待,甚至被倒逼服从模糊的规定。我的诉求如下:1. 请上海浦西万怡酒店当日涉及此事件的礼宾部工作人员、客服人员及当班负责人向我正式道歉;2. 请酒店方提供合理的补偿方案,以弥补此次入住期间的服务缺失和时间浪费;3. 请酒店加强员工培训,特别是针对此类常见问题的应对流程,确保客人能够在合理范围内得到及时、有效的帮助。作为一名长期入住万豪旗下酒店的忠实客人,我对此次在上海浦西万怡酒店的体验感到非常失望。我希望万豪集团能够正视问题,督促酒店给予我一个满意的答复。如无回应,我将不得不将此事进一步反映至相关消费者保护平台及社交媒体。

地理位置很好,特别适合上海火车站出发和规划公交地铁都非常丰富。惊喜的发现楼下的公交车竟然直接到外滩!早餐不算丰富。只能说勉强房间有些年份,到维护不错,电视机老土,但我们也没用!亲子房空间正常。没有浴缸

非常好。来上海还会继续入住浦西万怡酒店。位置优越门口有公交车站,附近有地铁,去哪里都很方便。各个岗位的服务都超赞,表扬!
