车陂地铁站C口，一出来抬头就能看见了，真正的地铁口上盖。这个楼楼龄看起来比较老了，下面十几层都是用来做写字楼的。最不好的一点就是，这个大厦只有两台电梯，而且分单双层，在高峰期的时候就麻烦了。

一栋比较旧的商厦，看着是什么生意都有，二楼有健身室。

地理位置挺好，地铁和BRT都到，交通超级方便。
