前几天入住咱们酒店，本来因为旅途奔波心情有些疲惫，但是遇到了员工郭超辉，他的热情服务让我一扫阴霾。办理入住时，前面排队的人有点多，郭超辉看到我带着不少行李，主动过来帮忙提拿，还贴心地为我搬来椅子让我稍作休息，同时迅速协调加快了办理速度。入住后我对周边不太熟悉，想去附近的景点逛逛，他不仅耐心地给我规划了路线，还推荐了几家口碑不错的当地餐馆。郭超辉这种真诚、细致又周到的服务，让我感受到了家一般的温暖。他真的是酒店的一张闪亮名片，有这样优秀的员工，相信酒店会越来越好！为郭超辉点赞，下次来还希望能再遇到这么好的服务！
