房间干净卫生，设施齐全，风筒很好，前台接待回复快，免费给了张汤泉门票含水果饮料自助，距离高铁西站旁还有免费送站，给力，下回必须入住
设施：设施完善齐全卫生：卫生干净整洁舒适环境：好 档次高 服务：尤其是服务特别好！人员特别专业。热情️有问题及时解决！态度特别好！已经住了几次了！每次来北京首选。
入住的时候很晚，没有会员，给免费升级了。房间立马送来了果盘，酸奶。因为还有小孩，工作人员又送来补充的拖鞋等等用品，非常认真负责。 还帮忙运送行李，服务非常热情周到。 另外最让人惊喜的是酒店的大堂连接的博物馆陈列室， 让整个酒店显得格外与众不同。
