【中关村东路】好久没见过这么萧条的写字楼了[衰] 经常路过财智国际，今天正好来办事儿，第一次进来瞧瞧～～ 导航推荐停车是大厦地库，我从一进院儿看见那个破碎不堪的车道地砖，就隐约觉得事情不简单[撇嘴] 果然外表还算规整的写字楼，一进地库就是一个大型实景密室逃脱呀～～ 首先下地库的过道很窄，GL8这种大车就别挑战了～其次停完车找电梯就很恐怖，三部电梯、有两部只有电梯井，电梯不是要换就是正在换[尴尬][尴尬] 得亏有好心人指路，才顺利从地库上到中心楼、再换乘电梯去主楼…… 楼里设施老旧，乘电梯也不方便，目测小工作室居多，人员密度大

电梯真的是垃圾，全楼23层，时不时就坏。
