They need to work on their customer skills! It was a terrible experience for someone who had a pre-paid label and just needed to drop off!! Horrible experience go to the one on route 7 instead!

Save yourself the time and aggravation and just go to the ups store in brambleton. This fedex location is the worst!!! I shipped a package at the end of august and I finally have it back (October 5).
