Went for prix fixe Christmas dinner. Food was very good, space is very nice, but the service seemed a bit unattentive, which was unfortunate as they added an automatic 20% service charge to the bill.
They lost my reservation despite my having confirmed it. They erased it when someone with a barely similar last name came in and they sloppily gave them our table. By the time we got there to show the
