We arrived before 4:00 pm for an overnight stay. From the beginning, I was a bit disappointed with this Hampton Inn location. It seems that the hotel owns only one luggage cart, which was not availab.

No. Just no. Where do I begin? I’m a Hilton member & 99% of the time, my card is charged AFTER we check out. BUT, this time, I’d used my pre-pay & it was charged before we even arrived at the hotel. M
