The staff is nice maybe not the most knowledgeable but what part time employee is nowadays. (Staff =cashier, stocker,groomers,) The lady that has served me fish on the other hand is mildly knowledgeab

Always horrible customer service. Takes usually 20 minutes to find anyone to help. Then it takes at least 3 of them to do one task because they are so uneducated when it comes to any type of animal. D

Very nice staff alway helpful my 1 year old always loves this place always helpful with our fish tank needs
