rude. they ignore you and everyone else that walks in the door. they don't give you estimate. so many people walked in and not one person was spoken to by a "rep."

in spite of my being "that last minute guy", they took the time to get me a new phone and get my account transferred over to it. This is an A+ location as far as I'm concerned!

My wife and I both bought new iPhone 15's a couple of weeks ago and the salesman suggested we get the $50 screen protector with the lifetime warranty. I dropped my phone on the concrete driveway and w
