FYI, online orders get preference over a customer standing waiting. It would of been faster to order online as I stood in line. Then, Roseburg stores have not had olives in weeks! How is that possible

Put in an online order through the app for pick up at 4pm. And paid for it. Get there at 4pm & am told they haven't had time to fix it yet & "my bad" by the guy working. I could understand that, kinda
