Took a Saturday morning slow flow with Milla. She used ASL during the class which I found to be very inspiring and inclusive. Great way to start the weekend!

Absolutely love this spot in Elk Grove, environment is very zen and instructor was on top with the yoga instructions and carrying the vibe of the whole yoga session throughout the one hour hot yoga. F
