Middleville is a village in Herkimer County, New York, United States. The population was 512 at the 2010 census. Middleville sits on both sides of West Canada Creek, the boundary of the towns of Newport and Fairfield. The village is about 8.5 miles north of the village of Herkimer and is approximately 17 miles east of Utica.
