1st driver called at 3 pm saying he'd b there by 5 never showed called or answered 2nd date woke up to it being cancelled and changed 2 days before Xmas for the 29th completly unprofessional

Great service from admin to tech..admin was superb on appointment and tech did a great job..

I'm still waiting for respond on my complaint.!!!! I don't know if is the New Bedford shop that's no good, but you get no answer for the company at all. It's so funny that they say sorry or that's nic
