Customer service definitely needs a lot of improvement. TERRIBLE don't go here it's a waste of time

Worst service ever, the guy a the counter is very slow and not friendly at all, they don't have enough people working the counter and appointments are useless

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! I got a flat tire and called the day before I went in. I was told to come in anytime between 7 - 10 AM and they would be able to get me in. Therefore I got there at 7 AM to hopef
