I visited Baskin-Robbins in Stockton, CA [10742 Trinity Pkwy] on Thursday, 01/29/26, around 9:45 PM. From the freezer, I grabbed pre-packed quarts of Rocky Road, Pralines 'N Cream, and Oreo Cookies 'N

The place was nice and clean, employees are attentive and friendly, however the ice creams were melted. Multiple buckets full of ice cream were melted, more like soft-serve than ice cream

This Baskin-Robbins location is exceptional for its outstanding customer service, brief wait times, and staff that consistently maintains a cheerful attitude. They never disappoint!
