No phone...no way to call and ask any questions for information. Why does Loews do business with this place.

They canceled my reservation at the last minute. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Do yourself and your family a favor and find another rental place.

Terrible service. Staff on their phones when we walked in, took forever to help us, and the girl (Emma) seemed irritated and bored when she finally did help us. We had a reservation, and 1/2 hour late
