Not sure why they refuse to replace/fix the twist ice cream machine. Literally been close to 6mo ago when it initially broke. Seemingly prideful about NOT having fixed the machine when asked.

Totally unorganized. Ran out of ingredients & didn't bother to tell us. Just kept making other people's until we asked about it. So changed our order & still didn't get my husband's.
