We have had Weilhammer out several times starting in 2011. This weekend was the 2nd time he came out on an emergency basis as our water heater failed on a Saturday afternoon. Less than 24 hours later

Disapointing. called this morning and was told someone will call me back. Called at 5pm to say no one had called. Eventually got a phone call but obviously no urgency.. Will not recommend or use ...
