Enjoyed the class this past Friday with Isabella. At the end of the session, she took the time to explain some of the movements which were very helpful to know for future sessions.

Took the 30 min intro class and it was so good. Friendly and welcoming staff. The instructor took the time to explain and corrected us if we were wrong. Thanks again!
