Valfabbrica is a comune in the Province of Perugia in the Italian region Umbria, located about 20 km northeast of Perugia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,542 and an area of 92.1 km2. The municipality of Valfabbrica contains the frazioni Casacastalda, Coccorano, Collemincio, Giomici, Monte Verde, Poggio Morico, and Poggio San Dionisio. Valfabbrica borders the following municipalities: Assisi, Gualdo Tadino, Gubbio, Nocera Umbra, Perugia.
