On the corner of Mass Ave. and Tremont, Mida is a reliably good Italian spot with a lively bar that's a lot of fun. The $40 tasting menu (with $28 wine pairings) is a great deal considering you might get things like rohan duck breast with squash espuma (that’s a fancy word for foam) or broccoli rabe bolognese.

We loved the week day special as we could try 5 small plates of in house made pastas. The service was spectacular and the food was delicious.
The service here is above and beyond! Our server Erin was so lovely and made our dinner so fun and special. The food and wine are of course some of my FAVORITE in all of Boston and the welcoming atmos
The pastas are fresh and delicious the entrees always excellent and service staff is tremendous. Tasty cocktails and nice wine list, good beer and mocktails.
