They were prompt to come out and diagnose my washer issue and quoted just shy of $400 to repair it. I went ahead thinking the part was expensive. Turns out the part is a $20-30 part and the repair too

Website has verbiage on how they sell parts. Talked to a short lady on the phone and was told they don't sell parts after all. Then I came here and saw reviews from everyone else. Not. Great.
