Thursday 2nd October we visited this 18th century watchtower that was built for defence purposes. It is located on a clifftop around 4 kilometres down the coast from Es Pujols where we were staying. .

I guess this tower was put here to watch out for pirates. Now it is a curiosity and lovely along the popular beach.
