Having so much fun building back up my strength after weight gain and muscle weakening due to illness. This has become a reliable place for low impact strength training!

I've taken two classes now-- definitely is toning everything! Kicking my butt, but loving it. My instructor, Camarin, is great- encouraging, engaging, and extremely helpful. Excited for this journey!

Pure Barre in CDA is the best, the staff is great, the studio is amazing and the instructors are awesome! I highly recommend this studio
