I felt that the amount they charged for just changing the battery in a laptop was extreme. $60.

Didn't have a technician available for the appointment I scheduled then they broke the screen on my phone and aren't able to replace it for 2-3 days.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Really bad. Took in my laptop to fix two issues, they gave it back to me two days later and only addressed one issue (which they didn't even fix). Told me I would have
