This has got to be the worst chase bank I've ever been to. They have two drive-through's, but there were two people in line at each. It took me over 10 minutes just to get cash out. I definitely won't

I'm satisfied with Chase in general, but I try to avoid this branch. Poor location and poor customer service. Just go to Bonita or Rancho San Diego instead.

I have this Chase branch as my local bank , but they are terrible when it comes to answering phone calls. I needed to open an online account while out of town that required their managers assistance .
