Came here instead of ihop only to find out they don't serve breakfast. Was in a taste for pancakes or waffles. But I stayed and got some fried catfish and fries. With hush puppies and blackberry tea.

Second time trying this location and I love it! After the kiddos enjoyed a session at Altitude Trampoline Park we decided to do Cotton Patch for lunch :) There was no wait and the service was superb.

I was pleasantly surprised. 1st time visit, ordered to go. My food was fresh, on time and prepared perfectly.
