Quilcene is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Jefferson County, Washington, United States. The population was 598 at the 2020 census. The community is located on the Olympic Peninsula at the head of Quilcene Bay, an arm of the seawater-filled glacial valley of Hood Canal.
