Windber is a borough in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States, which is located approximately three miles south of Johnstown. The population was 3,930 at the 2020 census. A former manufacturing town, Windber is part of the Johnstown, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area.
