Seabrook is an unincorporated community and census-designated place located in Beaufort County, South Carolina, United States. It was first listed as a CDP in the 2020 census with a population of 1,255. Situated in northern part of the county along the Whale Branch River, Seabrook was founded in the late 18th century as a collection of plantations became established in the area.
