Pembroke is a town in Giles County, Virginia, United States. The population was 1,128 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Blacksburg–Christiansburg Metropolitan Statistical Area. Pembroke is home to the Mountain Lake Lodge that was featured in Dirty Dancing.
