Nick was the nicest manager I've ever met while we were struggling to access my membership!!

Terrible carwash! And, I'm shocked the staff asked for a tip. I felt obligated to give her a tip only to scan my card. Wow! Do better! You lost my business.

The Mister Car Wash on 13th and Front is broken, and employees aren't telling drivers about it before they pay. Half the brushes don't work, so the right side and back of the vehicle don't get washed.
